School, Sports and Work Physicals:
Need a physical for work, school or sports? Visit us for quick health examinations. If you don’t have the forms, odds are we do. With rapid evaluations, you don’t have to spend your day in the waiting room and can have your examination completed quickly. As most work, school and sports physicals are not covered by insurance if not performed by your primary care provider, we offer reasonable cash prices.
Pre-Operative Medical Clearance for Surgery:
Are you having an upcoming surgical procedure? If you are generally healthy or have a few well controlled medical issues, we can usually provide pre-operative medical clearance. Your surgeon’s office should provide you with a list of what is required. You can bring the form with you or have them fax it to our office in advance. As an urgent care, we can not bill insurance for pre-op clearance, however, we offer reasonable cash prices. Please call for more info.
